It sounds like Ryan and Sonya might be a thing. He told her about the Mikita engagement and his eyes always shift to her. I liked Sonya with Birkhoff though.
Personally, I think Ryan told Sonya (maybe to keep her in the loop because she’s already part of their team) because he assumed Michael would have told Birkhoff too, even before Michael told Ryan. And I somehow doubt Ryan and Sonya would be a thing because the writers have always been talking about Birkhoff/Sonya.
